Comments: I just put paddle tires on my 04 DVX 400, its all stock, all I've done is take the spark protector out from the end of the pipe. Running the dunes, it starts to cut out, and at the top it dies. Top end power is gone it feels. Ive been told to re jet down by two sizes, then told to re jet up by two sizes?? if I also want to take the Air cover lid off, then do I go up by two? Thanks!

Comments: After looking at some of the posts, it seems like i got an amazing deal. I picked up a 2004 DVX400 with a yoshimura exhaust and pro taper bars for $1,350 from the original owner. It is in great shape and has brand new rear tires. To add onto that it came with all paper work, extra set of rear wheels, stock exhaust, stock handle bars, and a helmet. All it needs is new front tires and a battery. For 1,500 in total it will be all set.

Comments: Pulled the trigger on the 04 DVX400. $1,900. Almost too good of a deal I think. This thing has full skid plates, aftermarket bumper, nerf bars. Owner was getting ready to replace brakes and gave me a full set, still in package. Other than that its all stock, no mods to motor and exhaust. Whole shot tires, 80% tread. Sounds and runs good... I'm super happy I got something under $2k. Just picked it up tonight, will post a pic tomorrow.

Comments: Thanks for the reply. Going to look at it this weekend. Definatly in tact, looks good from the pics and does have title.
Any idea if there have been any or many changes from 2004 through more current year models? That's my concern other than not wanting to spend much more than $2K. Just bought a TRX 250 for my daughter so now I need something for myself without getting too crazy with money.
